I am a passionate advocate for mental health care, dedicated to fostering a stigma-free environment. When I'm not working with clients, you can find me relaxing at home with my family and pup, traveling (I love learning about different cultures), at the cutest brunch spot in town, or engaging in self-care practices that rejuvenate my soul (usually a massage).

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) equips you with essential emotional regulation and interpersonal skills. Moreover, my commitment to culturally competent care ensures that your background and experiences are respected and integrated into our therapeutic process. In my practice, I have found that my most impactful strengths encompass working with clients across various stages of life; including children, young adolescents, adults, and seniors, I am dedicated to providing comprehensive care that transcends age boundaries. My expertise extends to addressing a diverse range of challenges, including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Sports Psychology, and Addiction.
I have developed a unique niche working with student-athletes, who have a distinct set of pressures and demands. The balance between academics, sports, and personal well-being can be overwhelming. I understand the unique psychological aspects of performance and the impact it can have on your mental health. Through tailored strategies, I aim to help you manage stress, enhance focus, and build resilience both on and off the court or field.
